After the holidays its common to want to immediately start loosing those extra pounds you may have put on, or have you been putting off working out all winter? rjFit 2014 Boot Camp Announcement



Are you ready to jump start your lifestyle or find something fun, and exciting to do this spring or summer of 2014!?!? rjFit is holding two new boot camps this upcoming year for you and your friends or family members to attend! Signups are available starting January 1st 2014 at noon eastern standard time for spring and summer boot camps. The camp is 3 consecutive days long! Food and drink will be provided and all that is required is to bring your game face and get ready to work out! You will do cardio, strength training, interval training, plyometrics, stretching and learn tips on diet and nutrition. Spots are very limited and continuous updates will be posted on this blog.

In addition to this boot camp, there will be chances to win free spots for you and a friend! All you have to do is hashtag your best #rjFit moment before during or after it happens and post it to instagram with the #rjFit hashtag below. This is the only way i can see it so do not forget! Winners will be selected once a month until the camps. One submission is allowed per person per month.

To reserve a spot you must purchase a ticket of $150.00 that will cover the 3 day boot camp and food and beverages cooked and served for you. This is the place for all your daily motivation and inspiration for your related fitness needs. The holiday season has already started and it is time to stay on track! You can easily enjoy yourself a little to much with all the temptation and good tasting food, however you do not want this to push your fitness goals further and further away from you!

Many people wait to start their goals at the 1st of the new year, as their "new years resolution" and it might work for you for a little while, or maybe it works all together, however what is stopping you RIGHT NOW from getting started today? Imagine how far you will already come if you start now instead of in another month from now.

It is not completely necessary to quit everything cold turkey either, you can still enjoy yourself and not feel left out of all the festive fun! As the weeks progress i will continue to give you fitness related advice all year round, to keep you motivated and determined to reach your goals!
