Are you ready to compliment your fitness journey with all my related nutrition and exercise advice?

This is the place for all your daily motivation and inspiration for your related fitness needs. The holiday season has already started and it is time to stay on track! You can easily enjoy yourself a little to much with all the temptation and good tasting food, however you do not want this to push your fitness goals further and further away from you!

Many people wait to start their goals at the 1st of the new year, as their "new years resolution" and it might work for you for a little while, or maybe it works all together, however what is stopping you RIGHT NOW from getting started today? Imagine how far you will already come if you start now instead of in another month from now.

It is not completely necessary to quit everything cold turkey either, you can still enjoy yourself and not feel left out of all the festive fun! As the weeks progress i will continue to give you fitness related advice all year round, to keep you motivated and determined to reach your goals!
