rjFit 2014 Boot Camp Announcement



Are you ready to jump start your lifestyle or find something fun, and exciting to do this spring or summer of 2014!?!? rjFit is holding two new boot camps this upcoming year for you and your friends or family members to attend! Signups are available starting January 1st 2014 at noon eastern standard time for spring and summer boot camps. The camp is 3 consecutive days long! Food and drink will be provided and all that is required is to bring your game face and get ready to work out! You will do cardio, strength training, interval training, plyometrics, stretching and learn tips on diet and nutrition. Spots are very limited and continuous updates will be posted on this blog.

In addition to this boot camp, there will be chances to win free spots for you and a friend! All you have to do is hashtag your best #rjFit moment before during or after it happens and post it to instagram with the #rjFit hashtag below. This is the only way i can see it so do not forget! Winners will be selected once a month until the camps. One submission is allowed per person per month.

To reserve a spot you must purchase a ticket of $150.00 that will cover the 3 day boot camp and food and beverages cooked and served for you.
